Odean bomb blast case accused acquitted

Hyderabad: In sensational bomb blast in Odean theatre in 2006 the accused Zia Ul Haq acquitted by Ist Additional Metropolitan Secession Judge. He was arrested by city Police on 4th May, 2010. He is residence of Edi Bazar.  He was made an accused in blast, which happed in May 2006. The case was investigated by Special Investigating Team (SIT). Zia was booked under sections 307,120 B,122,123,124(A) of IPC Sec 16 of 20 Unlawful activities Act and Sec 3 & 5 Explosive Substance Act. He was in Cherlapally jail for four years.
