Regularise ex-servicemen quarters

Hyderabad: In State Assembly today MIM MLA Jaffer Hussain Meraj raised point in zero hour that to regularise quarters allotted to ex-servicemen with the Defence authorities in AC Guards and Mohammedi Lines. He remembered that then Hyderabad MP late Sultan Salahuddin gave the representation to the then the Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy. And siad YSR  agreed to regularise quarters. However, the quarters are yet to be transferred to the ex-servicemen or their families by the defence authorities. on behalf of the State Government, Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy assured that the matter would be taken up.
