Smoking in cars with children to be banned in England

London: Smoking is prohibitted in England while  carrying children in cars. Parliament propose banning smoking in cars with children under 18 years of age. If do so fine of 50 pounds will be imposed on driver, or fellow travellers who smoke or fail to prevent another person from smoking. It will come into force on October 1, 2015.
