Video conference facility in Telangana Jails

Hyderabad: The Government of Telangana has taken measures to start video conferencing system in all Jails. Now this facility is in only in Hyderabad Central Jail. All the Courts and all Districts Jails will now be linked with this facility. This system helps timely hearing of the prisoners and also reduce the cost, time consumption and risk of the police in escorting prisoners to courts.
