New Delhi: Former PM, veteran political Atel Bihari vajpayi and educationist Madhan Mohan Malavya were recepient of ountrys highest civilian award Bharat Ratna. Today The indian government announced this award to both. The President has been pleased to award Bharat Ratna to Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya.
